hasil 3 bulan defisit kalori, body fat msh kisaran 19% target dibawah 15%. tp bulan puasa gini mau olah raga mager bgt bawaan'y. pengen'y rebahan mulu ada aja alesan buat males olahraga.wkwkwkwk

Lagi kangen sama kebiasaan dulu,cheat meal sekali2 oke lah, makan indomie kuah + nasi + telur + kerupuk, minum'y teh manis. Beres makan lanjut kopi plus sebatang rokok. Nikmat kaliii... Kurleb 1000 kalori 😁😁😁
