%body fat turun dan visceral fat dari 7,0 jadi 6,0😆. Secara keseluruhan lemak tubuh turun. Namun untuk total otot cuman naik 0,1. Bagian kaki turun 0,1. Kecil sih tapi sakit hati banget. 😤 ini efek rutin bergadang jadi pertumbuhan otot gak maksimal.🥲

Estimasi kalori masuk 1647 kalori. Malas masak + pengen Hokben. Udah dua bulan lebih gak makan hokben🥲. Kalori defisit: 164 kalori. Dan penutup workout minggu ini, jadi besok bisa rest day. (Sudah tercapai workout 4 kali seminggu).
