Estimasi kalori masuk 1647 kalori. Malas masak + pengen Hokben. Udah dua bulan lebih gak makan hokben🥲. Kalori defisit: 164 kalori. Dan penutup workout minggu ini, jadi besok bisa rest day. (Sudah tercapai workout 4 kali seminggu).

Estimasi kalori 1499 kalori. Makan makanan yg bikin polisi diet kejang-kejang😅🤏: ayam goreng 2, tahu goreng 1, tempe goreng 1, kulit ayam goreng, sambal goreng. (Kan lagi pengen). Tapi tetap berhasil defisit 312 kalori wkwk. (Yah penonton kecewa.)
