Almond meal bread in a mug... with jalapeño cream cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning...
I haven’t had an “everything” bagel in YEARS... so this was AMAZING😍

I decided to start taking the keto supplements again...
The keto bomb with the fake sugar is way too sweet for me, I use only 1/4 scoop per mug of tea.
I went over on my calories yesterday but did stay extremely low on my carbs even while enjoying a few cocktails during the super bowl 🤷♀️👍

90second Almond bread, fried egg, cheese, ham and avo... I only ate one. Very filling.

Thinking about adding some exercise to my routine.
Having ptsd, auto immune issues and food allergies I tend to have some chronic fatigue and adrenal fatigue... so working out sounds so awful usually. But I have a pretty little yoga mat that needs more using and some kettle bells that need to be dusted off!
Wish me luck...
Also it’s Harry Potter night, who here is a Potter Head?! My kids are huge fans and this means they have to dress up and go to the trivia night at the book store... should be fun!!
