Day5: just woke up to another drop?! Is this for real? I do remember the first time I tried out the ketogenic woe that I lost 17lbs in a few short weeks before I hit a major stall around 4weeks in...
I would be really stoked if 17lbs decided to fall off again real quickly. Trying to not get my hopes up though...
Time to make the fam bfast and head to Costco...

I made a creamy, cheesy, garlicy, broccoli, bacony and chickeny soup. (It was actually a pasta sauce that I added chicken bone broth to, and made myself a low carb dinner) so full, only ate 1/2 of my serving... so my numbers are probably going to be off

Not very shocking, my 245cal snack @12:30 didn’t hold me over very long.
So I watered down sour cream, added black pepper and hot sauce and tossed a cabbage salad to hold me over until dinner. Next time I plan to add avo oil for +fats! Actually very yummy
