Broke fast at 10:30am, earlier than planned... I was actually really hungry, probably because I stayed up late... panned up some uncured turkey deli slices and eggs. Topped with sour cream and tapatio. Had an organic mozzarella stick too... Happy Friday!

Day 3... (morning)
so this keto WOE has been much easier to get back into!!
During the last six weeks I knew I didn’t want to be eating all those carbs and meals were delicious but I have learned that my body responds much better to keto.
Skin is improving daily. Pants feel looser... mood and energy levels have been much higher!!!
The numbers on the scale are slowly ticking down too!!

Creamy tomato sauce with organic ground turkey. Asparagus, a bed chopped cabbage and romaine.
Another tip... use a smaller plate for better portion control. I have been using fun kids plates 😉
