Grass fed beef, romaine lettuce, Icelandic plain yogurt, tillamook cheddar, a homemade pico and tapatio!
So satisfying after a 24hr fast!
I need to do more research on IF and fasting. Going to buy some books on keto and IF this weekend. I like to learn.

Green beans cooked in a little coconut sugar, white vinegar, salt, pepper and bacon grease. Tofu cooked in a homemade sugar free teriyaki sauce, chicken apple sausage and some pickled ginger. fam had rice too so I had to get creative on how to fill up

Broke a 20hr fast with Dilly bites, an almond meal “bagel” with everything spice, chive/onion cream cheese and a mini babybel Gouda and some “achieve clarity” teamotions tea with a 1/3 scoop of ketobomb.

Lunch snacks...
Icelandic yogurt w/ flaxseed meal, raspberries, whipped topping. Pistachios, pumpkin seeds, Brie cheese and a few carrots with summer sausage and spicy mustard.
got a food scale, I have actually been underestimating most foods.
