I prelogged my dinner and I am within my NC limit... but contemplating being super naughty and having a brownie with ice cream with my family tonight...
Also, I have questions for those of you who use medicinal Mary Jane... or CBD.
has it helped with any of your inflammatory problems? And has it hindered your weight loss or helped? Has it relieved any negative symptoms and how?
Curious if this is a route I should be rethinking. My gut health, fatigue, pain, ptsd and inflammation seem to be so rocky all the time. I live in Cali where this would be easy for me to access...

Quote of the day...
Sometimes my meals are boring... not even photo worthy. 30gs of Chicken breast with 2tbsp of artichoke dip and a slice of cheese. It was actually cold in Cali today and my heater decided to not want to function correctly. 😩

The kids loved yesterday’s experimental meal so much, that I woke up early enough to make it for Mac before work, he liked it. I doubled the recipe and baked it this time. Also made sure I added oil and threw in some chunks of cheddar cheese. 2NC
