Actually weighed in at a tad over 59 kg this week, but seem to be keeping on target with maintenance plan. See Diabetic nurse on Wednesday so should find out how I am doing with my glucose levels too.
Went shopping this week and bought new clothes, first in size 12 for about 20 years.....Happy days
Started first proper yoga classes on Thursday, in over 25 years. All my yoga since the days of Jane Fonda's "Go for the burn, Jane" Workout have been self motivated, so it was good to know that I haven't been going too far wrong. It's easier to do 90 minutes in class than 30 undisturbed at home! Hopefully should get those muscles firmed up and toned now without looking like an Amazon at the end of it!!! :)

Weight seems to be stabilising which is what I am now aiming for, just small fluctuations throughout the week but essentially staying at 59kg.
Have not made any food recording for the last few days as I now want to try to maintain my diet and sugar levels without consciously watching everything. I need to be confident in my knowledge carrying me through. We shall see. I can always resume the calorie and carb counting if necessary.

After 2 weeks of not knowing which way my weight was going I was relieved to find I had lost a little, but not too much as I am at where I want to be, rather than having put some back on which is what I was expecting. So my diet must be just about right now at around 1200-1400 kcals a day, as long as I keep up the exercise.
Diabetic check with nurse in 3 weeks should help me find where I am in that respect, hopefully where I should be.

No weigh in today as I have no scales at the moment. Hopefully get wii fit set up and weigh in tomorrow.
Total failure on yoga challenge, mainly affected by our move to a new site and trying to get everything set up. I didn't think it would be a problem but sometimes you can't do everything all the time.
