Things are looking good for the "walk 100 miles in 12 weeks" challenge. Already clocked up 12.95 miles this week and three days to go. Thank you Fitbit. So easy to keep track of my miles and the 6000 steps a day which I am supposed to do, minimum, to keep my diabetes under control. Diet still on track too. Weigh day Monday.

Hand weights arrived today so should help with the toning of the arms when doing the physical fitness workouts.
Managed an hour of yoga today plus walked 2.80 miles so all on course, just got to work out how to tone down the tum now.

So one challenge ends and another begins, this time to do 100 miles in 12 weeks. Well did 2.46 today, shall aim for at least 3 a day and perhaps up the ante a bit each week. Lets see what I can do.
Still on with the yoga challenge though I failed miserably last week but I have got my time better managed now so hopefully yoga will slot in well.

Not a good week for my challenges this week, complete fail on the yoga, and it shows as there is no weight loss either, though diet is not a problem. Must not let my resolve weaken and must make time to put in that bit more effort.
