• Siang: Nasi, rendang, urap trancam, tumis labu siam, tahu
• Malam: Ramen ayam
• Snack: es kopi

• Pagi: Roti telur, pisang, kurma, air cuka nanas
• Siang: Nasi, Rendang, sayur daun singkong, tempe, sambel
• Malam: Nasi, sop, dadar telor, sambel tongkol
• Snack: Nagasari, risol mayo, susu

setelah 3 tahun lebih memahami diri sendiri, sekarang lebih nyaman defisitnya tipis-tipis aja.. karena tujuan utamanya pengen hormon lebih seimbang, menstruasi teratur dan seterusnya.
semua orang punya tujuan beda, jadi caranya pun ga mungkin sama 😊
