I always find something new when I start to read,which I seem to be doing a lot lately about Atkins.On the facebook site they mentioned about are you getting too many calories? Not that we count calories as the main thing but they do count.

For me,I found that I am abusing butter,cream etc.Not that you can't use both these products,but I have been over doing thinking,hey I can
eat fat doing this WOL.Amounts do add up,so instead of paying attention
to what a tablespoon looks like,I have been chunking off hunks of butter,yet in the new book it says to use oil,butter enough so food doesn't stick.This could be one reason for this very,very,long stall or whatever I want to tag it.But to be honest about it,just playing doesn't get you anywhere. The last 2 weeks plus I have stayed pretty clean because my mission at this time is to get to onederland.Thats all I want now.However it is up to me and no one else.

Lenny is coming home which thrills me beyond wonderful.Hi girlfriend!

Where cream is concerned,I used more then the amts allowed.Quite a
revelation indeed.This WOL works when you work with it,go by the guidelines and don't try to re-invent the wheel to suit yourself.

Last week I told myself,going to stay away to concentrate on me,well
I can't do that,I love coming here,my buddies and others are inspiring.

Yes,I come on in the morning but I am going to try and make more time
to come here and be involved.No,noone says you have to do that.Its something that I hope I can do.There are no rules,just helpful,loving people who are having the same ups and downs.

Thats all the preaching for today,so as we go along supporting each other lets remember we are not alone,everyone on this site cares for one another.

Waiting for the storm to hit.We will get heavy rain,perhaps some wind
It won't be bad this time,just kind of a usual rainfall but a little
heavier.

I am taking a break from journaling because I need to concentrate fully
on what I'm doing after this long run being in a rough patch.
I know this may be very selfish of me however its what I'm doing.

Of course I think of everyone specially my buddies who maybe don't understand my way of thinking,but with running around taking care of
business,I find it to hard to come on the computer,thats why when I can I do in the early morning which makes me not on when everyone is
helping each other with comments.I do make sure I record my food,that
makes me stay committed to this WOE.

I'm trying various recipes like cauliflower crust pizza,which by the
way is very good. Going to do pepper poppers lc way,did the flourless
3 min cake,very good also.

Just made kimchi to try,so I'm being busy trying to reach my first goal
which is onederland.I know support is here and its appreciated always
Whether you come here or not I know support is around.

So please bear with me if I'm not maybe being supportive by posting
but I think of all and wish you much success.I know each and everyone
has gone thru hard times,I'm not so different but we handle it differently so with that said I will close for now

Do wish you all so much success whether you are just starting out or
been doing this quite some time.

I'm hanging in there so do that with me
