I am feeling fat! I know that 146 lbs will not seem like a lot to some of my FS friends but at 5ft 4 it seems a lot to me and it all is settled around my waist. I love going out for dinner about 3 times a week with my guy but diets go out the window when I do. The biggest problem could be the wine I drink with dinner - 1/2 bottle = 13 oz = 306 calories! And because I am so used to it I have at least one glass of wine with my dinner when I am at home alone.
So what to do? One thing would be to have camomile tea instead of wine at home. And to get back to soup for dinner at home which is filling and not fattening. Will try that routine this week except I have dinner dates Weds and Thurs and a wedding to go to out on the west coast this weekend.
Maybe the diet will have to wait until I get back home next Monday!
