I started Weight Watchers a month ago simply because it seems to work and its been around a long time I don't have much weight to lose so I only signed up for 3 months in the hope that I can lose about a pound a week. Its pretty simple actually and I like the leader and the other gals there. I just go once a week at noon on Friday which is the only time that is convenient for me. The picture is of my tennis team. I'm second from the end on the left.

Back from our cruise and of course I gained. Why am I even on this site if I don't have any will-power? All of you inspire me and I am full of good intentions and then my BF takes me on another cruise and because the food is so good I eat too much and come back feeling like a blimp.

My boyfriend is just too good to me. He wines and dines me very often, and faced with a menu of delicious food items at Chez Piggy or Aqua Terra or Chien Noir I'm just a girl who can't say no! The end result is that I seem to be stuck at 146 lbs and most of my summer/cruise dresses are snug to say the least.
It's all about portion control I think so that is what I will concentrate on for the next month or so plus more veggies and less rich sauces.
