Did some walking around with my husband as well as my daughter today. got a pedicure & my toes are Easter Sparkly Pink.....so cute.
Did my preset workout tonight. 6 miles, 39 minutes, burning 202 calories.
l had a bahn mi with grilled chicken for lunch & ate only 3/4 of the bread, but l also had a small bag if fritos, and a cupcake. well.....I'm holding at 36 lbs down.....So that's good. today l wore a pair of shorts I've not been able to wear for at least three years.....and they're too big!!!

tonight l did my preset workout 2. 30 minutes, 6 miles,192 calories burned. Then, I did ten minutes more at level 6 resistance, doing two miles, burning 66 more calories.

tonight l went back to the non-preset workout. 15 minutes at level 4 resistance, 15 minutes at level 5 & the last 18 minutes at level 6. I did 10 miles, burning 304 calories.

well tonight i tried to do preset workout 3, but about five minutes in, l realized I was not ready for it. So l did preset workout 2 again, plus the few minutes on 3. So all in all, l did about 35 minutes, burning 235 calorIes, with the assorted resistance levels of 6 - 10, plus warm up & cool down at levels 3 & 4. much better!

first half of tonight's stationary bike ride was a preset workout. 20 minutes, max resistance level14.....omg. max speed 15 mph. 150 max calories would be burned.
took two Brief breaks, but finished, burning 135 calories
did a second workout. 20 minutes, at level 6 resistance, burning 135 calories more.
