Finally down 40 pounds! WhooHoo! I was hovering around the edges for about 3 weeks. I am proud of myself for getting there before the end of April.

It's been a while since I've journaled. I was having big issues with getting my food logged. Just couldn't get the enter button to work! Then I found the mobile app & now I am caught up....yay!
Took a walk with the hubby tonight for nearly an hour and just under 3 miles. The stationary bike rides have been giving me some lower back pain that walking seems to ease, thankfully. Plus the weather was gorgeous tonight.
Now if I can just get this next pound off, I will be down 40 lbs in 7 months. So looking forward to THAT!

Did 30 minutes preset workout 2. 30 minutes. 6 miles 201 calories burned. Then 10 minutes at level 6 resistance. 2 more miles. 60 more calories burned.

Tonight's workout was preset workout 2. 30 minutes. 6 miles. Burned 200 calories. I also did some housework beforehand. I vacuumed for about 20 minutes.
