I did 42 minutes on the stationary bike tonight. Resistance levels 5 thru 8. Burned 266 calories

Initial stationary bike ride was preset workout 2. 30 minutes. 6 miles. Burned 200 calories. Warm up & cool down at levels 3 & 4 resistance. The rest at levels 6 thru 10.
Did 10 more minutes at level 5. 10 minutes. Burned 66 more calories

Did preset workout 2 on the stationery bike today. 30 minutes. 6 miles. Burned 200 calories.
Then I took a 2.8 mile walk with my husband. It was a really pretty afternoon and felt good to be out & about!
