Come on people!
Chicken breast, whole grain pasta, low calorie/sodium marinara sauce, unbuttered/unsalted corn of the cob and steamed, unbuttered/unsalted green bean with a few sprinkles of zero sodium fajita seasoning!!! So good, low cal, and filling!

The true breakfast of champions:
Banana & chocolate protein powder shake
20 ounces of water
90 minutes later:
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup walnuts
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
About a cup water - microwaved for 90 seconds

Had a great day, well below my calories and 4 mile run this morning. I was 182 before going to bed and I’m guessing I’ll be about 180 in the morning.
Someone actually told me I was “too skinny” today lol. People working for tips will say anything 😜- but still, one of the nicest things I’ve been told in a long time!! Tomorrow I need to lift some weights.
