Feel very good about my first week down a total of 7.8 pounds can't argue with those results - hit my exercise goals and hoping to keep the trend going a bit more challenging this week as I'm out 3 nights this week, so have to find a morning workout to start doing.
Scale has been put away for another week, it's almost freeing not to have to face it everyday.

Today was good a bit over on carbs - but I tried a recipe for buns off diet Doctor and didn't realize till after I had one with my lunch and dinner that they quote net carbs not the actual carbs I'll be more careful to due my own calculations for all recipes from now on. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend :)

Day 2 without stepping on the scale man I can't believe how much it's killing me not to weight myself lol - oh well I'm day 7 no cheats and 5 of my 6 exercise days done actually looking forward to my swim later today - made Cranky's fat bombs yesterday and going to try the keto garlic bread off the diet Doctor website to go with my low carb chicken Parmesan tonight - I have never planned my eating so closely, cooked so much and cleaned my kitchen in my life lol

I never would have thought it would be so hard to stay away from the scale but so far so good - made my first attempt at cheese shell tacos - going to need some practice lol was pretty good need less cheese for thinner smaller shells.
So been reading about these ketosis inducing supplements any thoughts????

Well yesterday went really well for eating and exercising, bit sore today, but all good:)
I have decided that the scale had to be put away, I am weighing myself like 3 times a day, obsessed much? Ok so no more scale till Monday Morning and only on Monday Mornings after that I feel pretty confident that as long as I keep the carbs 20gm's ish and keep working on getting my fats up and protein down there should be no upward movement...finger crossed
