Well it was an interesting weekend, I'm glad it was only a .2 gain, could have been worse for sure. I'm struggling to get back into regular exercise and know that's what has to happen for me to be able to ensure I'm loosing for me diet isn't enough.

Well no shame in staying the same:) I did record all my food yesterday and I did stay within my RDI, no exercise though need to work on that. Happy Friday Everyone:)

Well I knew it had to come some time 9lbs in under 2 weeks seemed like an unrealistic weight loss, but I don't feel bad about the 1lb rebound I was within my RDI yesterday, tracked all my food and mowed the lawn for half an hour last night, so actually feeling really good.

I feel pretty good about my choices yesterday and finally got my ass off the couch and out for a swim..wow I am not in good shape, but 30 minutes later I was happy I got in the pool and did my laps, I do really enjoy swimming. Stayed within my RDI yesterday....yeah:)and tracked all my food. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day.

well by the grace of God no weight gain yesterday. I was quite a bit over my RDI yesterday, and I thought I had done reasonably well, so just goes to show you how important it is to track what you are eating as it adds up fast.
