Finally I start my 100 pushups challenge. If I do Wed & Fri, I still have Sun to squeeze in the day-3 in this week. I hope I can do and I remember to do. During the 1-minute rest between the set, I put 200 situps challenge to utilize my time. My pushups, as usual, are on knees, and my situps are with bending knees without support at foot.
100P/U: week-1, day-1... 2nd column, max.=14
200S/U: week-1, day-1... 3rd column, max.=25
There is a page provided by 100 pushups and 200 situps to record, but recording everything on FS may be easier for me. I may create Excel sheet to record instead. I'll see.

It looks like that today is a good day. After doing pushups and situps challenge, I also did the FIRM HCF for 55 minutes. I felt more energy during the workout, and I felt I wanted to do more when the dvd ended. It is a good sign. Maybe my strength is coming up and improved. If HCF really becomes not challenging, I may need to change my the FIRM dvd routine.

It's weird. I ate a lot yesterday, seriously a lot, more than DRI, more than usual. Yet, my weight did not go up?! And I am in the middle of TOM?! It's so weird. BUT, I probably should not take it as "ok" sign to eat a lot. This term is another four weeks to go. Then there will be another term starts as soon as this one ends. Then, that's it! Finally it will be over. I know I will miss studying, but I will feel so free when everything finish!

My weekend is getting really busy due to the group project for school. I need to pay attention on my schedule more and make time for workout.
I forgot that 100-pushups challenge was going to start today. I cannot do pushup after I did my workout; I mean my arms, shoulders, and chest won't have strength left to do pushups after my workout routine. I need to start it from tomorrow morning!

I'm really mess right now. Mentally. The group project at school really wears me out. No, it's not the project; it's group members. Then here comes TOM. *sigh*
Yesterday, until later afternoon, I was so frustrated and upset that I did not feel like eating. Then later night, I was so angry and cranky, and my feeling to food swing to the opposite side. I was not that hungry but needed something sweet.. or something, just something. It's just crazy. I really cannot handle my stress well during PMS...
I did not workout yesterday as I planned. I hope I have enough will power and energy to do workout today and record food here as well.
