Finally my weight moved "a little", then I remembered that I was targeting one-pound-loss in two weeks, or one week if possible. So, I should think it is going well according to the plan.
I got really hungry middle of day today, and it was a little hard to stop eating. Could it be the effect from artificial sugar in Christal Light, as Nat mentioned me?? The result: higher intake than DRI. I have a feeling that my weight will go back tomorrow... I should have waited 30 minutes or 1 hour to see if I was really hungry. What if I was still hungry after 1 hour? Hum. I don't know. I need to eat more satisfying but low-calorie food, I guess. That's what I need to work on the next.
"Chrystal Light" strategy seems working well so far. My hand goes to water more than before, instead of coffee or tea. The flavor I have is pink grapefruit, and it is not bad. It's just a little too strong to my taste, so I add extra water. I made it in a pitcher following the direction, and I pour the same amount of crystal light mixture and water in a glass. Sometime I put more water. This actually save money of buying more Chrystal Light too :)

Losing 3.2 kg a Week

My weight seems sticking at the same place. (At least it is NOT going up!!) At the same time, doing workout makes my shoulder stronger and help me to keep better posture while sitting. I am keep doing workout, but I am not doing well with my college work. I always struggle to have a good focus balance between workout and study. I really need to work on it.
I am still not drinking enough water. I need to drink water more consciously. Drinking a glass of water before and after of each meal sums up to 6 glasses. Then adding one cup between meals will be 8 glasses. It is easy to "plan", but somehow, it slips out from my mind all the time. To make drinking water more fun, I bought Crystal Light. I hope this strategy will work.

Today is the first day to report for the challenge, "Accounting For Everything!" I will see how much progress I can make in two weeks. Even if my weight would not change much, I am planning to keep a good habit of doing workout and choosing healthier food.
I have been wanted to put some pictures of mine since I found that I, again, could not fit into the dress I used to wear. This is from my favorite Betsey Johnson purchased in 2006. At that time I think I was around 118. I had no problem wearing this. I moved to Florida from California in 2006 and started gaining weight. By 2007, I could not wear this dress. I really set my mind and kept good diet/exercise in 2010, and in summer 2010, I was able to wear this dress again. The first picture is from that time. And here I am again, I cannot wear it!! This dress material is cotton, so there is no room to stretch. I took this second picture after dinner, so my stomach was full.... Oh, I know it is just a tiny difference and really does not matter in a big picture.
My weight loss success in 2006 was strong mind-set on goal: be healthy and lose weight. It was right after my thyroid surgery, and I was more health conscious and was afraid to gain weight suddenly. In addition, a two-week stay in Japan in fall 2009 with family made me more weight conscious. I felt so big when I was in Japan. I think those two issues were my motivations.
It may be impossible to fit in this dress in two weeks, but I still can hope some changes.

It is depressing to see my wight goes up. Stopping workout and better eating will not change my weight either, so I just need to keep going. It could be because of workout I re-started. It could be just muscle gains. It could be due to dehydration--water is always my usual suspect.
I almost forgot to take body measurements. The results tell me I AM thicker and heavier. My legs are a little bigger, and my upper body is clearly thicker, both around bust and waist. No wonder I could not fit into the dress I used to wear. I have a long way to go.
~Measurements~
Upper chest: 33.5
Bust: 37.0
Midriff: 30.5
Upper arm: 10.25
Waist: 27.5
Upper hip: 32.75
Lower hip: 36.75
Upper thigh: 19.75
