It looks like my body (or pain) cycle is coming back to how it was before surgery. Before having uterine fibroid and adenomyosis removed about five years ago, I sometimes had pain on lower belly and back about the half of a month: before and during TOM, after seven days from the first day of TOM, and around the ovulation day. Today is exact seven day from the first day of TOM, and it hurts as if I am on TOM... I am tired of this thing. It means I will have a good amount of pain around ovulation, which will be about another seven days from today, again... I assume it is caused by recurring adenomyosis; I just hate it, I am really sick of it. It is not as bad as before surgery yet. Before surgery, I used to cry even with pain medication. But I just don't want to be like this.

Oh, Naproxen, how could I live without you? It took a couple of hours, but my pain finally got manageable, thanks to Naproxen. To make myself feel better, I challenged the FIRM dvd "Bootcamp: Maximum Calorie Burn" today. It was actually not bad at all! I still need to do some parts with beginners position, but I was able to finish it. Maybe it is about the time to kick up a notch and change my workout dvd routine.

"Get Chisel'd" is still hard for me. Although it is only 40 minutes, it does not waste any time. I would say I was able to do push-up movements on knees, but adding arm movements were still tough. Core workout at the last segment was not too bad although lifting a weight on side plank position IS hard. The hardest part for me is jumping on lunge position. Oh, and some biceps workouts with 8-pound weight is quite tough for me. Only if there were less fat-layer on my arms, I should be able to see some good definition on my biceps, triceps, and deltoids...just like my abs... There are a lot of parts I need to work on!

I notice today that I am sitting at desk with good posture, comfortably. My back and abs muscle get strong enough to keep a good posture without thining. It's really good! It should reduce other pains, like shoulders and neck.
