so far today i have documented everything. i had forgotten to enter the OJ until later, had i entered it right away i would have skipped the devilled egg with lunch, but thats ok. just going to make sure to have a smaller dinner than usual.
i slept really late today so i got a late start on the day. gotta get motivated to do some housework. ill tell myself that it counts as excersize. ok self, ready, go.

ok so today i am going to enter everything i eat and eat things that i can enter.
yesterday mikey and i had the unenjoyable experience of the movie MacGruber. worst.movie.ever...
i ordered the grilled chicken "soylent greens" salad with ranch an arnold palmer (1/2 unsweetened iced tea, 1/2 lemonade)
we were having such a terrible time watching the movie that we decided to go ahead and at least enjoy some chocolate cake with ice cream. and it was very satisfying.
we skipped our evening smoothies
im not sure the exact nutrition value on the cake and the toppings but we had done ok so far that day so im not going to let it beat me up at all...
tonight, we go to the gym.
oh and i got to my goal of 7 hours at the gym so we need to go buy a foos scale!!!

just got home from the gym... correction, from going to dennys after walmart after the gym.
i need to spread my calories out better, i was starved after we were done at the gym as was mikey so we went to dennys. i chose moons over my hammy with egg beaters instead of eggs but i put cheese on the hashbrowns.

ok so back from vegas for a few days and although i have THOUGHT about eating right. i really havent. we did go shopping the other night though to buy some healthy foods. got 45 calorie bread, yogurt, cottage cheese cups, milk for cereal, whole wheat waffles, lots of frozen fruit for smoothies. im in love with mikeys magic bullet he got for christmas that we just opened the other day.
plan for today, 2 waffles with pb for breakfast. apple and cottage cheese for snack. ham and cheese sandwich and a smoothie for lunch. havent completely decided on dinner yet, but i have some chicken breast i can do something with... since i woke up late (like an hour ago) breakfast will be now and then we will probably have dinner as a family after my snack, so i will save the sandwhich and smoothie for after dinner snack/dessert. i usually have lots of calories left to eat after dinner (when im actually keeping track. so that will be a healthy way to fill me up so i dont starve over night.
