Working out alone is becoming boring. But will keep going. Min 10 mins every second day.
Still eating healthy, no starch meals.

Full 2 weeks of no starchy food. I'm proud of myself. Fitted into size 12 jeans with ease. No tug dance needed.

15 pulsing sumo squats
14 push ups
10 leg raises
10 scissors
All repeated 3 times. Total time 20 min
Not doing too bad.

30 sec leg raises
30 sec AB wheel
All repeated 3 times. Total time 13 mins
Feeling lighter and easier to do workout. But I'm still afraid to step on the scale. Will weigh in on day 21.....
