pepaya dan sereal for bfast.lama ga mkn sereal krn kalo mkn harus bnyk baru kenyang jd tinggi kalori & gula.tapi krn hsl mcu kmaren gula krendahan berarti boleh nih sesekali sereal lg....dibantu pepaya biar ga perlu bnyk2 bs kenyang.. ☺

samcan goreng bayam rebus.hari ini batre timbangan butuh diganti tapi belum bs beli.jadi utk kalori mari percaya pada takaran sendok tangan mengambil...

pdhl tiap hari menu daging,telur,tahu/tempe,brokoli,bayam,sawi,apel,pepaya,kcg merah,kcg kulit,bawang,tidur ckp.., tensi msh prihatin bgt.. malah kolesterol mesti hati2...kudu lebih jarangin lg gorengan+kue2 bersantan/mentega deh.
