Llh-30.3 (+0.6), Lpi-74 (-0.2), Lpu-79 (+0.7), Lpa-89, Lle-23, Lph-41(-0.1), Lda-85 (-2). leher perut nambah, tanda2 kebanyakan lemak... kebanyakan lemak(fat) belum tentu gara2 kebanyakan makan yg berlemak macam kacang/daging... bisa jadi kebanyakan karbo atau gorengan (walo kering banget keliatannya) atau gula (kue2) atau kurang geraknya... atau...masa pms.. 😊

pesta hari ini: (dada) ayam (goreng tepung)cabe lada garam. tampak di foto adl porsi utk sehari. sayurnya sawi sendok aja.cemilannya apel jeruk lumpia sayur goreng. masih makan nasi pagi siang malem.. 😋😋
