I am going to try creatine, even though females don't get as much gains from it as males do. But with my recovering shoulder I want my muscles to be as strong as possible. I'll accept I will retain some water and I will stop weighing myself for 6 months from now.
I love the cricket powder protein that I've added to my whey choco-pb shake. YUM!
I eat healthier than I look.
At work the ladies are doing a step challenge, it surprises me how much walking I do get in per day. I thought because they are all skinny that they must do more walking than I do, funny how that works for them and not for me.

My Dr. told me I "need to lose weight."
I told her, "I know, now I've been tracking my calories and really getting back to exercising after those few months dealing my shoulder surgery.
She replied, "Remember how good you felt when I diagnosed you with Celiac's and you lost all that weight?!"
I laughed and told her, "It was the other way around, when I get sick I lose weight." "Being diagnosed with Celiac's made me gain 80lbs."
She stopped herself and said, "Oh yeah that's right."
*HAVING CELIAC'S SUCKS!* But I am making small step goals yet again, to build up my health so that I can go hiking and do all the fun stuff I can for as long as I can.

I have returned after my 2nd right shoulder replacement; the first one was a partial, now I have a total reversal. As I was still recovering, I got COVID for Christmas from my son who was babysitting for his dad's young children. UGH!
So my exercise routines have been disrupted greatly, along with the calories I have ingested. I now have to continue my PT, with fancy Russian e-stim, to regain the muscle function I have lost.
I've returned to work today and it went well, as least I will be moving around more and they all missed me.
So I got knocked down and will progressively make my way back to the healthy lifestyle I was pursuing before 19 Oct 2022.
Here's to life's ups and downs and turn arounds.
