Isi energi setelah ngegym. Minum susu whey protein sama pesen nasi lengko+ ayam, eh ada krupuknya juga 🤭 tambah 2 telur ceplok untuk tambahan asupan protein.

WO today. Setelah tau beberapa sumber ternyata treadmil tanjakan efektif membakar kalori karna tubuh berusaha lebih keras melawan gravitasi. Aku incline lvl10 dngn speed 3-3.2 walo lambat bikin detak jantung tinggi 130-140 ke atas. salah satu menu WO fav
