Today I was so tempted to stay indoors as the forecast threatened rain. So glad my husband persuaded me to go for a walk even though the rain caught us out. Lake Llewellyn was totally frozen when we stopped to drink our flask of coffee and so beautiful! Snowdon was completely hidden by the mist and the forest had an ethereal feel about it, so glad we went out.

I think I am getting the hang of low carb eating and rather enjoying cream and cheese every day! Trying to get my head around macros and getting the ratio of carbs, protein and fat. I have more energy and my arthritis is improving. Onward and upward!
