What a change in the weather! Tipping down this morning so made marmalade, and wild damson jam with the last of last year's pickings in the freezer. The rain stopped at one so we walked on the beach for an hour and a half. Made chicken and chorizo stew for dinner with spinach. 1350 calories for the day, and spot on with fats, protein and carbs!

What a beautiful day! Woke up to sunshine so made the most of it and walked for two hours through Beddgelert forest around Llyn Cadair, saw a large pair of Canada geese in the still water, and the wild flowers are showing now! Snowdon has only a dusting of snow at the summit! Had a great day food wise, a tiny bowl of raspberries and Greek yogurt in the morning, salad for lunch, then made ratatouille and fresh salmon for dinner. Hopefully I can keep this up!

What a day! Really cold but dry at the Car Boot at 6.45am and by 11am the sun came out and it was actually hot! Sold all my jams and cakes and back home for 12.30 and off for a five mile walk with friends in the beautiful countryside. Stayed on plan all day and feeling positive! Hope you all had a great Sunday!

Considering what I have eaten this week, a pound on is not bad! Managed to stay away from chocolate but rather overdid the cheese so went slightly over calories but stayed on target with carbs! Just four weeks and three days until we go to Kefalonia, our special place! Not that I am counting or anything!
