Cannot understand why I have put a pound on! I have eaten the same number of calories, mostly the same meals, and usual walking schedule. Oh well, keep calm and carry on!

Had a bracing walk in Llandudno today from one end to the other, sunny but freezing! Lunch was a wonderful salad in the Pavilion Cafe in Llanfairfechan and tonight I made lamb souvlaki with homemade tzaziki and roasted radishes! Sounds weird but they were just like potatoes, missing potatoes so much!

The snow and black ice have gone, the sun is shining and the mountains look amazing in their mantle of ice! Made parmesan crusted pork tenderloin with ratatouille for lunch, much appreciated after a two hour walk in the forest!
