What a glorious day! All the washing dried in the sunshine while we walked around Llyn Dinas for two hours. Salad for lunch then fresh salmon with asparagus spears wrapped in bacon for dinner. Totally content now!

Another small loss but expecting this as I am very near to where I want to be! Whether I keep it off is a different matter with three weeks in Kefalonia to indulge in! Counting the days until we go!

Well today is our 48th wedding anniversary! Decided to celebrate tomorrow after weigh in by going out for lunch. I can't believe we have been married that long, having six children, seventeen grandkids and three great-grandchildren and survived in one piece!

Really pleased as I have lost a pound and a half at weigh in this morning! Yesterday we tried on all our holiday clothes and at least half of them are too big! My husband will have to buy new chinos and shorts as he has lost four inches off his waist! Only problem is saying goodbye to my lovely linen trousers I bought in Dublin, way too big now! Low carb is definitely my way of eating!
