Happy Palm Sunday everyone. I really miss going to church so I am going to watch it on TV. Our Lord Jesus gave up so much for us he deserves all the love and respect we can give him.
Stomach is settled down and I enjoyed a delicious salad for breakfast. I haven't decided what is for dinner or lunch yet, but the salad satisfied my need to chew and it took longer to eat than a couple of eggs. I am a fast eater, which I think is a lot of my problem with food. I don't give my body time to tell me I have had enough. I got up thinking about peanut butter toast and settled for a salad. And of course coffee.

Another day of food planning. I had only one meal today and it suited me just fine. I fried up some fresh morel mushrooms and catfish for my hubby and I had a bowl of chili from last night with a few saltines. I have kept busy all day running back and forth to the bathroom. I think I could have had a colonoscopy with having to prep! I suppose in those circumstances, I probably shouldn't have had the chili.

There is nothing like a good breakfast to get me thinking about lunch. That is pure boredom kicking in. It is kind of rainy today so I will be indoors most of the day. I wish I had something to do besides housework and cleaning chores. It has been hard for me to not think about food. I did get out doors yesterday and do a little yard work. Today my leg and thigh muscles are sore. I guess I didn't realize how out of shape I am.
Give me liberty, or give me something to eat!

My son-in-law's mother has corona, they jut found out. She is very sick but showing signs of improvement. That is the good news, the bad new is that his 2 sisters have been with her because she was so sick. Now they are quarantined. Her doctor just told her a couple of days ago that he didn't think she had it because the symptoms weren't exactly the same. The 2 sisters thought the test was just a formality. That is how it is spreading out of control. They are all from Iowa.

I had a no loss no gain week, but it was tough. I am satisfied though because I had a carb day on Saturday and ate all the carbs I wanted. I quickly saw the error of my ways and went right back to low carb. I bought some Jilly's sugar free Gelatin cups which helped to satisfy my sweet tooth, and some celery hearts that I dipped in blue cheese dressing to satisfy my salty craving. I am taking extra fiber to keep me regular and logging everything in my food diary to keep me honest. It all works, but sometimes a person sort of falls off the wagon. Here is a special thank you to my Fat Secret friends for the supportive comments and good advice.
