I made it through another day without snarfing everything down I can get my hands on. That is a non scale victory for me because I am having a craving day. Now that I am aware of this happening from time to time I am going to stop it. Tonight for dinner I am having a fresh salad with some cottage cheese and some chicken. It is going to be big, because I need a lot of chewing to satisfy my cravings. One of my biggest problems is that I eat too fast and gobble my food.

Here we go! It is Wednesday and at work we always called it hump day. The same is true of my food plan. This is where I usually fall off of it then eat for the next 2 days. I have never worked any harder to get through the week without cheating on my food plan, which is to stay below 1200 calories. Today I am not going to blow it, and tomorrow I will be a better person for it.
much to my delight, Hummingbirds have shown up at the feeder on the deck. I have two Ruby throated Hummers.

Well, I took my dog for 2 short walks and prepared a small garden spot for planting. By then I was ready for a nap and all that took my mind off of what to eat. I did ok today as I did yesterday. If I get through this evening without a snack It will be a perfect day.

It's not such a bad day today. Rain earlier, then a little sunshine, and now overcast. After eating all day yesterday, I slacked off for today and now I am starving. No breakfast, a Slimfast low carb shake for lunch and Baby carrots for a snack. I deserve to starve because I ate way too much the previous day. I have been trying to get my eating under control, but I am only successful part of the time.
For dinner tonight I am having 6 ounces of chimichurri chicken, rice and corn.
