I had a rough day yesterday in terms of bloating, but I worked out in the evening and woke up with a flat stomach, so I hope that's all behind me.
I've been working from home since 7 a.m., on the couch with the heat blanket. It was snowing when I woke up, which is insane. You can see my videos of it here and

Since I'm in extreme work mode, I've only eaten 2 biscuits and a cup of tea today. It's 3 p.m. and I'm starting to get hungry. I've been freezing all day, and I thought it was because it's so cold outside, but I just realized it may be because my blood sugar is low from not eating lunch. Is that possible?
