I slept terrible last night. I wasn't tired and didn't even crawl into bed until 1AM. I didn't feel like I even slept but I woke up at 9AM (30 min before my alaram). Surprisingly, I wasn't that tired today. Trust me I'm not complaining....I rather not sleep well and be alert than sleeping for 10+ hrs like I was and still being groggy all day. I think it was the medicine I was taking (an anti-anxiety) but I have defiantly be able to tell my anxiety has gone up since stopping it. Biting my nails more, overall edgy-ness. I see the dr. tomorrow.
So anyways, I felt anxious going into my workout today. But I was a little nervous about it anyways because it was new. It was a leg/back/bicep workout and it took 100 mins! Then I did about 15 min of abs and 30 min of cardio on the bike @ the gym (130-150 hr). I was frequently dizzy during the workout but nothing too serious. Tomorrow is a day "off". I will probably do HIIT or a steady pace 45-60 min depending on how I'm feeling. Then practice posing.

75 min Chest/Shoulder/Triceps circuit. Fast paced 1 min between sets. (7-9cal/min)x(75)=525-675 calories burned)
30 min HIIT: 5 min warm up 3.5% incline 4.0 pace, 10 rounds of 30 sec 9.0 pace/ 60 sec 4.0 pace on 3.5% incline. Remainder 4.0 pace "cool down". (7-10/min)x(30)= 210-270 calories burned.
15 min posing: (I sweat like a beast, was cramping, and shaking but I did it after my HIIT's...) 7cal/min x 15 = 100 cal Ah, and my abs have started to show up!!! I'm soooo excited! I can't believe it....
Got most of my carb-load plan together :-D I feel I will have a successful carb load because I know what I'm eating, when, how much, and they are
healthy
carbs.
I'm really proud of myself today. I ate healthy, was very much in control and pushed my limits when I was hungry and tired. I did it today :-D. Now for tomorrow workout...Leg/back/biceps. chiaaa!

45 min Moderate difficult leg workout yesterday
45 min cardio on bike yesterday (130-35hr)
60 min cardio on bike today (135-145 hr)
Calories go down to 1200 tomorrow. 20% (or less) of daily value is carbs. 1-1.5g x LBM of ~113lbs= 113-170g of protein. Remainder of calories from fat.
Tough day at work today. I really struggled to not eat stuff. My sweet tooth was out of control. There was cake (with chocolate frosting) sitting out in the open all day. Don't know why it was so difficult to resist... Past couple weeks I've been a rockstar and not even wanting it.
5 weeks left. Serious work and dedication to be done. Lots of cardio. Hard work in the gym. Strict on the diet. Bring it on.

139.8 again this morning. Woke up and ate at 4AM. Just a slip up nothing major. Getting back into the groove of eating in moderation...
Biked 30 min this morning 130-135 hr.
Posing with Sally & Bill ~30 min.
Shoulders ~1 hr.
Bike 30 min at gym 120-25 hr.
More posing tonight possibly...
