Tough few weeks. Last week was hard to keep up exercise with cold,?rain, and busyness. Better this week is the plan. Haven't really won or lost in general. Time to push again. Maybe look to 5-lb increments rather than 10?

Big race tomorrow! 13.1 miles with 3M Half Marathon -- what I have been training for this past fall. And I reached the goal weight that I had set for myself, even a little bit below it. Yay! And tomorrow and Monday are free days that I can eat as I need to, within reason. Nothing crazy. No drinking. What's a heavy duty protein and maybe some carbs.
