Doing well. I had great weigh ins and high rating days. This weekend I had too much salt, and that's reflected in the weigh in result.?i accomplished my goals and am pleased with my efforts. Now my goal is to get thru this coming week of evening rehearsals, and keeping up the morning schedule and my food planning.

I've been VERY busy traveling all summer long. I did exercise a lot and kept my weight from fluctuating too much. The numbers here do not reflect the trend. I just haven't kept up with the fat secret weigh ins. I'm alright. I just ran over 5 miles today and did over 33 miles of hiking in the previous week. I'll just keep track of meals, planning, and exercise.
