Beautiful walk,gray skies that turned to a lovely orange gold.Good thing Earl is missing us,however there are 4 more storms out there.

My sil is caught somewhere out in the Caribbean with those storms,but
ships do change course to stay out of the way of any storms,specially
hurricanes. Of the coost of Cacios,Turk Is.the waves 43 ft.

So busy,after vacation,shopping,cleaning,washing clothes,running dh to
have his pacer checked.Getting ready for my dd B-d along with her dh.

But in another month I will be on a continual playing mode,with cruises
coming up and going down to Key West.It certainly will be a challenge
all the way around.Waiting on my '72 book,snipets are okay but I need
to get into the meat of a book,WOE or otherwise.I ask the kindle folks
to put Atkins on my kindle.Hopefully they will do that if people ask.

Boy,do I feel great! So smooth,moving along with this WOE,all of a
sudden the pieces of the puzzle are beginning to fit.

Had my hair cut yesterday,aiming for that new outfit out in Vero
It may not be the same one by the time I get the weight off,but I know
I will find something similar.

I will fill my food in at the end of the day,because sometimes I change my plan.

Its always very interesting to see the various sky formation that take
place during my walk.The colors are amazing. I almost want to say,there
is Fall in the air,wishful thinking I'm sure.

Starting to look for my Eagles,season is Oct to May,so soon they should
show their majestic selfs.However they are very elusive,always hiding in the trees,unless they are by the nest or chirping with each other I
can't see them.The chirping sound is so sweet,not like the alarm sound
which is so very different.

I had dh take a picture of a outfit out in Vero that I fell in love with.I'm pointing at it from the outside.It came beautiful,if I were closer to goal or even into onderland,nothing would have stopped me from buying this outfit.Lavender with a sheer jacket,darker purple outline,perfect for formal nights on the ship.

So, when I get closer,I will make a trip back out to get either that
or something else.These shops are exquisite.Something to look forward
too.

I thought the shirakati noodles were great,different tasing of course
but it does take care of the need for pasta.I wouldn't eat it all the
time but every now and then I will

Reading other sites who are doing Atkins,Surprise to see that those
doing zero carbs and just meat & eggs are on these sites. I think they
start out as Atkins,but want to keep their carbs around 7-10 per day.
Some are even lower.I often wonder when extremes like this are followed
that it not only effects your health,but if you add more foods in the
form of veggie carbs it also has to effect the weight.

My 1972 book is on the way,I want to experience the plan from back then,I made the revolutin rolls from back there using 3 T cottege cheese instead of the newer recipe that uses cream cheese. I have to say the cottege cheese ones aren't as stable as latest recipe.

DH doesn't agree with my plan,thinks Atkins is a quack!!or was a quack!
Told him to suck it up,my numbers are good,his is worse,so who is the
one following the right plan to be healthy.But like others who feel the
same no sense fighting,they all have tunnel vision and they wouldn't
change their mines anyway.

Well kiddos,thats all the nonsense for today.Hi to my buddies,hope you
are all doing well,I want to get with each of you with a pm,trying to
catch up on wash,getting ready to go to youngest daughter on Sunday to
celebrate her B-day and her dh's. So lots to do,will be back later to
enter my food

Beautiful walk this morning,miss the beach but in a few weeks will start our Caribbean run which I love.

Very happy I didn't go completely nuts on vacation.Did try some south
african wine which was very good,did not overdo.

I'm talked out or should say typed out after the long message on the
Atkins support site.Afterall,can't help it,been gone,so I have to speak

I haven't completely filled my menu for today but basically know what
I will eat,fill that in later
