I am 29 years old and reside in orange county California. I am currently at my highest weight ever at 219. I really need to get myself back to a decent weight. I want to feel good about myself again, love life again and be able to go shopping and actually fit into the clothes. Only problem.... Not sure what diet is best for me. I am trying to figure that out right now... if any of you have any ideas please let me know. (also i am not really sure of how to work this site just yet but, hopefully it will come to me)
I have a lot of other major issues in my life and if I can do this, then I know that I can do anything.
