  1. Bata na mão ou no liquidificador os ovos, o leite e a aveia reserve.
  2. Em um frigideira leve a margarina para derreter e despeje os champignons cortados quando dourarem despeje a mistura por cima e cubra.
  3. Deixe coberto até ver que a massa esta no ponto de virar e vire aguarde mais 1 a 2 minutos e está pronto para servir.
