Endives au Jambon avec sa Béchamel Légére

Plat chaud et maigre.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Laver l'endive et la couper en 2 dans le sens de la longueur, si elle est grosse.
  2. La cuire à la vapeur pendant 10 minutes.
  3. Préchauffer le four à 220°C.
  4. Sauce béchamel légère: mettre la maïzena dans le lait, pour le tout sur le feu moyen et remuer avec une cuillère en bois jusqu'à épaississement.
  5. Ajouter un peu de noix de muscade. Bien mélanger.
  6. Enrouler l'endive dans la tranche de jambon, la mettre dans un plat allant au four. Recouvrir de la sauce béchamel légère et parsemer de fromage râpé.
  7. Cuire à 220°C pendant 20 minutes.
