Do you have a consistent nutrition plan to follow? That will help you. Good Luck!

I don't have one:( I just know for sure I need to get my veggies and fruits in as well as my protein. I'm going to get on that right now (nutrition plan).
Thanks for the advice xoxo

Play the hand life dealt you. Sometimes it's not easy but it will balance out in the long run!

Here is what I would recommend for eating more calories:
1) Eat more than just 3 times a day.
2) Include more fat in your diet. This could be dark chocolate, peanut butter, guacamole...
3) Keep calorie-dense foods (dried fruit, nuts, dense bread) out on the counter. You're more likely to eat what you see and can readily grab.
4) Also, unless your low-body weight is unhealthy, there's no rush!

Maybe you're going too fast too soon... I have a friend who's anorexic (not saying you are, this is her example) and she of coures was told you need to eat blah blah blah... They had to start small with her. First it was a whole grape instead of just half... a TEENY tiny bite of a muffin...etc... but this was weeks worth not days. Eventually (after years and years) she got used to eating "normal" but she struggles. Sometimes she falls off the wagon but starts up again. My point is, sometimes you have to star with small changes. Add just one thing extra to your diet. Just because us fat people have an "easier" time getting fat doesn't mean we did it healthy. You aren't getting fat, you're getting fit, I assume. So just add healthy stuff little by little so it doesn't seem like you're eating the whole house when you aren't, if that makes sense...?
