Wow, this in pretty incredible. I've been having some crazy stuff going on in my personal life. Not really reaching my 3000 calorie plan everyday. I noticed all the food I was taking in was really depleting my energy. I'm taking it easy, lifting as much as possible and I feel good right now. I'm gonna focus on getting in a lot of protein and less fat. My weight is at 112, but I feel like the muscle I have been putting on is aiding me in carrying this new weight around. When I kick doors I notice the power in those kicks!

Alright so, I've been trying my hardest, like a child trying to learn how to ride a bike for the first time, to keep up with my 3000 calories a day eating. I've had a bad day or two but I've been doing over all good. I've weighed myself on the scale this morning 111.0!! YES!!! Literally I feel fat when I go to sleep and fat when I wake up! I fucking love it!! I'm so happy. I'm lifting at home and in the gym I have noticed a big increase in size in my triceps and biceps!! Also my legs(calvesmy glutes have gotten bigger (lots of squats and hip thrust with heavier weights. I'm just really happy to start seeing results.
The negatives:
My boyfriend or the guy I'm talking to does not like my weight gain. He makes fun of me and is afraid I will get fat. ( he likes skinny girls)
He's afraid I'm going to gain so much I won't be able to loose it.
(even though I go to the gym)
Waking up in the morning out of bed. With the recent weight gain I feel heavier thus making it hard to roll out of bed.
All in all as long as I'm happy with myself that's all that matters. I choose to be happy and if gaining weight makes me happy, if saying," "m fat and I'm happy," makes me happy then damit I'm gonna keep gaining weight, I love my fat stomach and the way it sticks out!! I LOVE IT!! IT MEANS I'M HEALTHY AND I LOVE TO EAT!

Today was not a good day. I was so stressed I didn't eat breakfast or lunch!
I'm so mad at myself. I'm in the kitchen right now cooking up some high protein food. Not gonna give up. I'm about to stuff my face (with healthy food) and some high calorie food (donuts cause I'm depressed for not eating today)

Wow this is definitely a surprise for me. I have actually gained!
Went to gym yesterday and weighed myself. I was a little hesitant to get on the scale. I knew I had been reaching my 3000 calorie intake so to not see any gain would have been such a downer. I take a deep breath step on the scale. Soooo what do you know, I'm at 109.6! I mean this has been a struggle to gain, feeling sluggish because my calories are so much at times, feeling like I just can't do it, but I kept going, kept eating (as healthy as I could) and it worked. I will continue to do my 3000 calorie a day intake and lifting as I'm trying to build muscle as well. Results make it all worth it, make you wanna just keep going.
