Okay so I basically hit my weight goal a while ago and noticed I still had body fat. What iv come to understand is bmi is quite useless coz you can be perfect weight but still have lots of fat. So now I don't check the scale as much and I'm working on muscle and guese what I'm actually look way better though iv put on more weight lol
