day off coming up. yay. since david isnt getting any work iv been working as many days as i can pick up. this is good for me because im very busy and not a short walk from the fridge all the time so i tend to stick to my meal plan because thats what i packed. also dave is taking care of most of the house work which is great.
so with a day off coming up im going to attempt, once again, to have a few drinks without it turning into 8 drinks and skipping dinner. that leads to gurgely guts the next day that leads to over eating and carb craving. so just two drinks before dinner. im thinking i might run a nice warm bath and put a dvd on the portable dvd player. nice. and then get around in my robe for the rest of the day.

oh no. i think iv caught charlies cold. i have the balloon headache. classic- get sick on my day off. only if its a cold it'll probably take a week to get over. crap. i cant afford a week off at the moment. im lucky to have dave. he made me a toasted sandwich for dinner and got me anything he thought i needed. i think that will get me through so hopefully i only have to take a day or two off when im really sick.

just discovered that if you go to the full view diet calender and scroll down it has the average intake for the month and the average protein, carbs and fan for the month. its interesting because while i am good most of the week i do tend to have a blow out about once a week. this allows me to see the impact these blow outs are having. even tho most days i eat 90 percent of the RDI my blow outs bring my average for the month up to 110 percent. just interesting.
now looking to next week. we're all out of money. iv been enjoying my clean healthy diet with berries and yogurt for breakfast and salad wraps for lunch. now we've run out of berries and salad ingredients and cant afford to replace them so it will be interesting to see how we go on home made porridge and baked spuds with baked beans. still good food just not as exciting. should be ok as long as it doesnt take too long for david to get a job. go david. you can do it.

having a lovely relaxing day off. i have exceeded my rdi but thanks to some exercise iv still used more energy than i ate. so you win some you lose some.
