- Sunday's, because I can take it easy

- choice
- color
- yummy smells
- music that makes me want to dance

First of all, I love Saturday! I'm thankful it's the weekend!
I HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST FOR SUPPORT....
My usual pattern is to obsess about all the things I can do to lose weight in a healthy way. But as I cut back on calories and foods my body doesn't tolerate well, eat low glycemic until I can't stand it anymore, exercise, etc., it seems like my metabolism eventually slows down or I can't keep up all the restrictions, I hit a major plateau and get frustrated. This hasn't happened yet this go around, but I'm dreading/anticipating it.
So, I want to try something different this time. I am experimenting with focusing on being in a good-feeling place as much as possible and visualizing my body at my 130 lb. goal weight. I am trusting that my body knows what to do and that my intuition will guide me along the way. I will continue good habits, but do them from a different mental place.
I would love your support and the support of the whole universe in having this experience be joyful, easy, and effortless. I think that having a community of support and enjoying the ride are as important--maybe more important--than the end goal.
And, I want to support you in whatever your heart's desires are. I am visualizing you finding your way as I find mine.

It's easy to be grateful today because I'm taking a day off from work for physical and mental healing. My cat, Wolfie, is helping me out by being affectionate and adorable. The day is beautiful and sunny and the fall colors are close to peaking. I can take the day to do whatever I want--all wonderful family members are either off to work or college--so I am a free bird. Can you hear the delightful, relaxing Brazilian music playing in the background? Yes, life is good. I can feel and visualize what it is like to be 130 lb. and I'm enjoying my journey along the way.

I am grateful that as I approach Halloween, Thanksgiving, and other winter holidays, I am losing weight, eating healthy, and truly in a good place. This can easily be a time of gaining weight, so I appreciate the support of this group! I am also grateful for my table HappyLight that I use to avoid Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) as we move into shorter days.

- that it's going to be a high of 75 degrees today and tomorrow
- my purring kitty
- yummy breakfast and hot bath
- I get a new iphone this week
- this challenge is supporting me in eating healthier and losing weight
