First of all, I love Saturday! I'm thankful it's the weekend!

I HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST FOR SUPPORT....

My usual pattern is to obsess about all the things I can do to lose weight in a healthy way. But as I cut back on calories and foods my body doesn't tolerate well, eat low glycemic until I can't stand it anymore, exercise, etc., it seems like my metabolism eventually slows down or I can't keep up all the restrictions, I hit a major plateau and get frustrated. This hasn't happened yet this go around, but I'm dreading/anticipating it.

So, I want to try something different this time. I am experimenting with focusing on being in a good-feeling place as much as possible and visualizing my body at my 130 lb. goal weight. I am trusting that my body knows what to do and that my intuition will guide me along the way. I will continue good habits, but do them from a different mental place.

I would love your support and the support of the whole universe in having this experience be joyful, easy, and effortless. I think that having a community of support and enjoying the ride are as important--maybe more important--than the end goal.

And, I want to support you in whatever your heart's desires are. I am visualizing you finding your way as I find mine.
