I am thankful for sweet cat who purred on my chest this morning. I also had a delicious breakfast.

I love that my husband gets up before me because he gets the room toasty warm. I used to not like that he gets to shower first, but with the colder weather this is a big advantage.

I am thankful that it is Sunday and I don't have to go anywhere. I have a lovely fire going and I'm thankful to have a relaxed pace. I am wondering if I can continue to lose weight the way I am eating or if I will need to try Jorge Cruise's happy hormones slim belly plan.

I'm happy that I have had such a successful week. I kept to my diet 100%.i did as much walking as I could given the state of my foot. I know it's time to add exercise (sitting or standing, if I can). I can visualize myself as I want to be and am enjoying the process of getting there.
I am thankful and excited that I will be getting a new boss at work soon who has very positive energy.
I love that it's the weekend and I have time to read, enjoy sitting in front of the fire, and be out doing errands. It looks like a beautiful fall day. Thank for my beautiful temple. I am thankful for the opportunity to heal energetically. I am thankful for the resources aligning to heal my body; especially my foot and shed the unnecessary weight. It's exciting to be on this journey.
