Tomorrow is weigh day. I am nervous. If I still show flat line, or (shudder) gain, I promise I will scream. I'm working on getting macros right. Experimenting with food types, times of eating, etc. My calories, and fat, somehow have got to increase. Outside eating a stick of butter, or a tub of cream cheese, how does one do this? Wish me great success on the scale. HAPPY THOUGHTS! See You on the other side.

Well, I am only weighing twice a week now. It has been driving me nuts checking my weight everyday. Have been getting the calories up and am very nervous for weigh in. Got quite a bit more exercise today. Hoping that helps also. This journey is so hard. My body just refuses to let go. Even though I think about giving up, I talk myself out of it. There is a non stop conversation going on in there, haha. My blood pressure, and blood sugar numbers are still fantastic. Only moderate ketosis tho. Ah, tomorrow's a new day.

UGHhhhh. I was hoping yesterday's shenanigans wouldn't have this impact. I am getting seriously depressed. Can't seem to work it out. I am sticking with it, but barely hanging on. Still only moderate ketosis. Never have been above that. Don't know where to turn. I am getting excercise, just my own stuff, so not recording much. Asking for a gym membership for my bday. A personal trainer would be 👍 haha. Oh well, rant over. Onward...and...?
